Amar Industries is an ISO 9001-2000 certified company which has been in the woollen trade for over 100 years. Initially established in Bikaner, Rajasthan (India) it now has a presence in Europe and the US. Current rug production levels are approximately 10,000 sq metres per month.
We purchase wool from the highest quality of stock, which is then sorted out into different categories according to its usage and in terms of the physical properties of the wool (such as its curl, length and micron). The wool used in our carpets is from New Zealand, which after the process of washing, dyeing and spinning is transformed into yarn. These are the factors which guarantee the durability and colour consistency of the carpets made by us.

At our Manufacturing Plant, all we import is raw wool from New Zealand. The process from herein is done in house. From the Spinning to Colourisation to the Rug. We do not hire any subcontractors to do any of the work. This allows us to produce a rug to any quality we wish. Our Imagination has no boundaries. |
